Find all of your most recent billing statements and put them in a file to bring in to the office. Not sure if you have all your bills? You can go to www.equifax.com for a credit report.
Collect your secured creditor information. We will need the name, address, account number and balance on your home loan(s), car loans etc. so we can arrange for you to either reaffirm or surrender with them.
Income: Locate the most recent 60 days pay stubs from work, or locate records of how much income you are receiving from your small business.
W2's: We will need to see your W2's for the last two years when you come in.
If you own your home, locate your legal description on your abstract or tax bill or find it online by searching your county name in Google, the assessors office may have it online. You will need to bring that to your appointment.
