We were recommended by a friend , and we made the right choice!! Every email, every called answered no matter the time! Mr. Cutler did an outstanding job on our case! We are very happy with the service we got everything was done either by email or a simple call! the whole team was great! we will recommend this firm to all of our friends and families!! Stuart Swanson is a Classy Guy and a Professional. I found Cutler & Assoc. because of their Website, I was chatting with a woman at 3am and she said someone would call. At 8am the next morning Stu called and put me at ease from the get go. He knows all of the complex laws and made some suggestions that I didn't agree with at first. But after months of conversation, I realized he was looking out for me and my family. Now we are Debt Free and VERY HAPPY!

Cutler & Associates – "Very Easy to Work With" – 5 Star Review on Google
I worked with Cutler & Associates (Stuart Swanson) 18 months ago on my Chapter 7 case. He was professionally adept at the court case, the process sequence and personally very easy to work with. The process can seem daunting, but he made it very easy, step-by-step. He also tells the truth! This is very important. He'll encourage truth throughout the whole process. Phone calls get returned, emails get returned ASAP. It's unusual to see this level of care. I must also say that 18 months on, all is well. No hitches, no surprises. I recently followed up with Stuart on a question and my email was answered within 24 hours, over the weekend. He'll get you through the elements and work hard to protect your interests and integrity. One thing I noted was his honesty in what debts can and can't be dismissed in your case. He doesn't promise you one thing and deliver another. You can't go wrong with this firm. Their fees are reasonable as well.

Cutler & Associates (Stuart & team) are great to work with and like everyone else stated, they return phone calls & e-mails immediately, anytime of the day or night and were willing to spend all the time necessary to explain the process. It took me a long time to finally make a decision that this was the route I had to take. This is a painful thing to have to go through; they are resourceful, reliable and considerate and were a great comfort to me throughout the whole process.

Outstanding services !! Stuart made the entire process smooth and easy. He explained all the process multiple times and answered all my questions. Anna or Stuart always responded to my emails. Besides Stuart, I have never heard of a lawyer who responds to emails or phone calls after the office is closed! I highly recommend Stuart Swanson for all legal matters.

The first time we meet with David Cutler I was very nerveous and embarrassed of being there, he started to explained all the process and made it very clear, he was always there to answer questions we had either via phone or e-mail. I'm a 20 Year Active Duty Military Veteran and was denied my security clearance because of my bad credit due to a divorce. Mr. Stuart guided me in the right direction to help work through all the issues to file and get my clearence back on track. He always answered the phone or got right back to me no matter the time of day or night. I could not be more please and would highly recommend his services to anyone going through a bankruptcy,,
